I've begun reading Student-Centered Coaching on suggestion of colleagues (and my boss!). It speaks to me and confirms how I have been working with teachers in the past year.
I made a conscious effort last year to "cut the cord" with teachers by making them more accountable for the work we were accomplishing together which often resulted in my owning all of the accomplishments, and the teachers depending on my "expertise."
